FAQ
What counts as an AI scan?
Any photo we process with our AI: cover scan, shelf scan, VeVe card identification and sports card recognition. The normal barcode scanner does NOT count — that one is always unlimited. Free users get 30 AI scans per month, PRO is unlimited.
What happens when I reach my scan limit?
You can still scan barcodes and add items manually. The AI scanners are disabled until the 1st of next month — or you upgrade to PRO and scan without limit immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely! You can cancel your PRO subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
All your collections and data remain. You switch back to the Free plan with the corresponding limits (1 collection & 1 wishlist per category, 30 AI scans/month).
Is there a trial period?
Yes! You can try Kollekto PRO free for 14 days. After that, your chosen plan activates automatically — you can cancel anytime before.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all common payment methods: credit card, SEPA direct debit and PayPal via our secure partner Stripe.
