To settle a decades-long war for territorial sovereignty, Lord Trieu Da of the Qin and King An Duong Vuong of Au Lac agreed to a political marriage between their firstborn children. In anticipation for the wedding, Lord Trieu Da sent his son, Trong Thuy, to remain at Au Lac's Royal Citadel as a show of the Qin's goodwill. On the other end, Princess My Chau is ecstatic at getting an opportunity to meet someone from beyond the citadel walls.
