Collecting is a hobby โ and hobbies should be fun. That's why we built a complete gamification system at Kollekto that motivates you to maintain your collection and become part of the community.
Think of it as: Duolingo, but for collectors.
For almost everything you do on Kollekto, you earn Experience Points (XP). The more XP you collect, the higher you level up.

Kollekto PRO subscribers get +20% more XP on many actions. This pays off especially if you're an active collector.
To keep things fair, there are a few reasonable limits:
This might sound strict, but it's necessary to keep the leaderboard fair.
Your XP determines your level. The higher your level, the more experienced you are as a collector. Your level is displayed everywhere on your profile โ other collectors immediately see that you mean business.
Levels scale exponentially: The first levels go quickly, higher ones take longer. Just like in a good RPG.
Inspired by Duolingo: If you log in and stay active every day, you build up a streak.
The streak display is prominent on your dashboard. You won't want to break it โ trust us. ๐
Tip: New users start without a streak. There's no "streak broken" message when you've just started โ fair is fair.
Achievements are one-time milestones you unlock for special actions. There are over 70 different achievements in five rarity tiers:

Achievements are permanent โ once unlocked, they're yours forever. They show on your profile what you've accomplished.
Beyond achievements, there are regular quests in three categories:
