Oddsmaker

Oddsmaker is a turn-based RPG (set in the decimated state of Iowa, USA) where, at the request of an old crow named Clyde, you play as four children on a journey to restore the balance of power to the world - after a cataclysmic event all but wiped out the last remnants of modern civilization. Fight an army of unique enemies in order to get stronger and find out who’s been siphoning all the resources from the world for themselves.
