Ryoutarou Shinozaki has been forced to live abroad for most of his life due to his parents’ work, but he's kept in touch with his childhood friend Tooru Hanazono—if only to gripe. With Ryoutarou unable to overcome the language barrier overseas, and his yearning for his native country of Japan growing more with every passing day, Tooru sympathizes with his old pal enough to ask his parents if they’d let Ryoutarou come stay with them in Japan...
